I’ve discovered a few blogs recently that I enjoy for the way they remind me of my top priority- staying connected with my kids. My blog is titled “Creative With Kids.” Well- I’d say most of my creativity goes towards this ultimate goal of maintaining connection.

Her Facebook feed is great because she shares status updates that get me thinking about my parenting choices, and help me navigate some of the tricky parts of mothering. |

It is funny that you think I am “not one to be afraid of a little controversy”. Only today I was talking to my hubby about how much I think I have been playing it safe on my blog. There is this one post I wrote a while back and have been unsure whether to publish partly ‘cos it is on a very polarising, emotive subject. You may have just inspired me to go ahead and publish it and see what happens…
