Holiday Books | Day 1 Creative Christmas Countdown
Day 1 of the Creative Christmas Countdown is here and you may want to plan a trip to the library!
Today our activity involves holiday books, and this year we won’t forget to read any of our favorites, because we’re going to try something new. Brooke at Let Kids Create shares simple and fun ways to include books in your family’s traditions.

We’re off to the library this morning to round out our stack of Solstice, Christmas and Winter books.
See you tomorrow with another holiday activity!
{Each day through December 24th I’ll be posting a new Holiday Activity from a different blogger. You can find the entire Creative Christmas Countdown calendar with links to all activities so far HERE}

I have come over from The Imagination Tree and can’t believe that I have not come across your blog before. Now that I have crawled out from under my rock I will be sure to spend more time here (when my babies are asleep later tonight) and check out the blogs participating in your wonderful Creative Christmas Countdown.
I had the same problem as another commenter . . . NO BOOKS LEFT at the library and I could only find 6 of my own. Anyway, I’ll do a few days of this! This got me thinking and I am going to be doing 24 days of service with my 3 year old. Each day in the Advent calendar, he will pick a service project out and we will do it. My complete list is found at the end of this post.

Oh no! When I went to the library today one of my friends was there *picking up holiday books* Lol, I’m glad there were plenty more, though I did go with quite a few that were just Winter related. I love your service idea.
