Hot Cocoa Party | Day 7 Creative Christmas Countdown

How can you guarantee smiles in this house? Suggest making hot chocolate. How about taking it a step further?

Break out the fine china, Anna of The Imagination Tree is having a hot cocoa party! Ok, maybe not fine china…but we do love drinking hot cocoa out of our little tea cups and having a snack on cute little plates.

Here’s what makes it a “party” for us:

We put out a tablecloth on the floor
We put the hot cocoa in a tea pot (this makes it seem like they get A LOT of hot cocoa)
We drink out of our tiny tea cups
Mama might talk in a funny voice and pretend to be serving fancy guests, “Here is your Hot Chocolate Sir”
We put on music

I think the thing they love best though, is just getting my undivided attention.
